Addicted to Basketball

Some say that being addicted to something can effect to other thing. But I don't feel that when I get to addict with this sport which I've learned since I was in the 5th grade. I tried to play basketball when I saw my father played basketball and get interested to played basketball.
This getting more serious when I won some trophies in basketball competition and get motivated from my father and my favorite basketball player. And now, here I am as a basketball player. Well actually, I can't say that I am a basketball player for now because for me, I still in an intermediate level in basketball which I should learn more and serious to be like my father.
